*Booked within 9 months of the event date. Just a heads up, this option is for traditional venues, not Tented Private Estate (Residence) Weddings.

 

Package May Include:

  • Kick-off meeting shortly after booking

  • 4 - Fun & Productive Logistics Meetings in the 3 months prior to your wedding

  • Venue Walkthrough

  • Custom Wedding Day Timeline and Venue/Vendor Collaboration

  • Library of Planning Resources, including access to a private list of our favorite vendor partners

  • Crisis Management & Problem Solving

  • Unlimited communication via email, text and phone

  • Three (3) scheduled in-person planning sessions and check-in calls /video-chats six to eight weeks prior to wedding to discuss décor, timelines, negotiated vendor expectations, and any additional requirements

  • Walk through of ceremony and reception spaces

  • Comprehensive vendor/venue readiness check, including reviewing all timelines, organizing load in times and managing contractual obligations [Optional: delivery of final payments and gratuities]

  • Co-create timeline and floor plan with couple for the wedding day, communicate to vendors, family and wedding party, and manage schedule the day of the wedding

  • Placement of personal items, including escort cards, programs, signage, table numbers, favors, card box and other small decorating details

  • Production and delivery of welcome bags to hotel(s), favors, and amenity baskets, if necessary

  • Organize rehearsal, including answering any and all questions

  • Wedding party meal coordination (day of event)

  • Coordinate the delivery of wedding items & gifts to the couple or assigned family member following the reception

  • Manage all wedding weekend activities, including pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception

  • Supervise all ceremony and reception clean-up - please note this does not include transportation of guests, or return/delivery of rentals
